about
Kelsey Chance
Founder & CEO
I’m Kelsey Chance, a good human.
I started this agency after falling in love with social media and its ability to connect us. After my dog's silly Instagram account went viral, and I realized there was in fact a way to harness my passion for photography into a paid career, I decided to pursue social media professionally. What started as a side hustle running social media and shooting content for small businesses eventually led me into corporate social media management for Kroger. Now I'm thrilled to say we've created content and run excellent social media strategy for clients like Domaine Serene, Rustic Bakery, Sinegal Estate, and countless others to create timeless and scroll-stopping brand content that focuses on lifestyle and human-centric elements in a digital landscape where product ads are generally lacking the human touch. I like to say we get your good brand into the hands of good people - and then we get you all the content.
It's been a dream working my way into full creative agency status. Whether you need a photoshoot, a social media manager, an influencer campaign, or an email promotion - we can help! I get to work every day with an incredible team of talented content creators, designers, and copywriters whose creativity knows no bounds.
Hannah Feller
Lead Art Director
I began work with Good Chance Creative part-time in January 2022 while I finished up my degree in Design at Western Washington University! Since graduating I now work full time as the Lead Art Director.
I absolutely love my role and proudly admit I never have the “Sunday scaries” a true indication if you ask me! My role looks different every day and that is a huge reason I love it. In one week alone you can find me creating client video content including client reel planning and editing, cooking up a storm after recipe sourcing and creation, staging a wine set, designing client emails and story temples, and set design, all while laughing with my co-workers.
Quinn Tercero
Community Manager
Hello! I’m Quinn, these days, the most effective way to grow on social media is hours of daily outbound community engagement. I’m here to do just that! I joined the team a year ago and spent my days logged on our client's accounts handling all the outbound engagement! Lots of hours scrolling, liking, following, and ensuring all DMs and comments are handled and responded to.
I absolutely love my job and the flexibility my title provides me!
As the work-from-home gal (I’m also a stay-at-home mom to my 1-year-old daughter), I always feel the love and support of the team. And although I’m not in the office with them daily, I absolutely loooove working with them!
Constance Browne
Social Content Coordinator
I’m Connie! I’m a social media coordinator at GCC, I was onboarded in January of 2023. I’m almost one year in! My role is rooted in video content - I create many of the reels and tiktoks for our clients! Our weeks are ever changing and no two weeks are ever the same. Overall, my role includes content planning, filming product highlights, recipe development, assisting in set design, creating client stories for social media, influencer gifting, Pinterest engagement, and on-the-ground assistance when we are shooting on location outside of the studio. This role has allowed me to get creative when telling a client’s story, develop new skills, and have introduced me to a team that plays as hard as they work.
Jane Lervik
Social Content Coordinator
My name’s Jane Lervik and I’ve been working with Good Chance Creative since March of 2023. Originally from Anacortes, I got my undergrad in Political Science from Western Washington University class of 2021. I always had a creative side and was truly torn between something more creative like Fashion Merchandising and the Social Science route that I did choose. I’ve always explored creative avenues like drawing, painting, graphic design, photography, fashion styling, modeling, writing blogs and poetry, and honestly trying every craft I could get my hands on. The list is long.
Ultimately, my creative side couldn’t be ignored and I pursued a UX/UI Design and Front End Development Bootcamp through the University of Oregon. This type of work is very fitting for me because I love to be creative but I still really value structure. My job consists of organizing assets, curating visuals for static posts on Instagram and Facebook, working with the marketing teams of our clients to bring to life strategic marketing plans, doing lots of research in the world of wine, and largely copywriting for Instagram, Facebook, Emails, and blogs. I also create daily stories for many of our clients, create small graphics for clients using my iPad, assist and model in shoots with Kelsey, create style guides, and personally style models on-site for shoots.
I’m so grateful to work at Good Chance Creative. Not only do we have the best team, but it’s also great to work with such hard workers and like-minded people. We really want the best for our clients and work super hard to make their marketing dreams come true while giggling through it all! It's exactly what I've been manifesting and I feel really lucky to work in this industry!

Good Chance Creative is a creative agency dedicated to assisting brands in going from abstract narrative to concise, compelling visuals. Our team of experienced social media content creators and strategists brings an insightful perspective to this work: we are a two-pronged agency. With our expertise and specialization in social media management, we possess a powerful ability to dictate and creative direct your feed and content by shooting it all in-house. Outsourcing to multiple agencies can be clunky; let's get your content and your social media process streamlined. There's a good chance we're just what you've been looking for.
Let’s build your brand’s human connection.
I choose inspiration and connection.
Social media is about connection, and I live by that premise. Whether you’re seeking the proper social channel to use for a campaign, looking to launch a new product by spreading the word with influencer marketing, or just want some eye-catching lifestyle product images for your social pages, I know that all of these can only be executed by connecting your brand with people. I’m a bridge-builder, a networker by nature, a social butterfly and an avid lover of happy hours and picnics with my people. People inspire me, and that’s why you’ll see humans in most of the product photos I take. Connecting brands to people is the gap I aim to fill and I’ll always drive creative direction from a human-centric point of view.
